Billy Bishop Airport is under federal jurisdiction, meaning key decisions about its operations and any proposed expansion are ultimately the responsibility of the federal government, not the City of Toronto or the Province of Ontario. That’s why we’re heading to Ottawa to bring our concerns directly to the federal level about the future of Toronto's waterfront.
